A legal case initiated by activist Khalef Khalifa against former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chairperson Wafula Chebukati, Azimio leader Raila Odinga, and Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka is set to continue despite Chebukati’s death in February 2025.
