Safaricom has announced a scheduled system maintenance for M-PESA services on Monday, April 7, 2025, from 1:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. During this 30-minute window, M-PESA services will be intermittently available. Other services, including calls, data, and SMS, will remain unaffected. The maintenance aims to enhance service reliability and customer experience.
Safaricom has chosen this timing to minimize customer inconvenience and apologizes for any disruption caused.
