Sirisia MP John Waluke Hosts National and Regional Leaders Ahead of Boda Boda Empowerment Programme

Sirisia MP welcomed an array of senior national and regional leaders to his rural home before they proceeded to a Boda Boda Empowerment Programme for riders drawn from across the constituency.

Those in attendance included Moses Wetang’ula, Speaker of the National Assembly; Farouk Kibet, Presidential Aide; Kenneth Lusaka, Governor of Bungoma County; Fernandes Barasa, Governor of Kakamega County; Aaron Cheruiyot, Senate Majority Leader; Raphael Wanjala, MP for Budalang’i; Tindi Mwale, MP for Butere; John Makali, MP for Kanduyi; Martin Wanyonyi Pepela, MP for Webuye East; Didmus Wekesa Barasa, MP for Kimilili; and Emmanuel Wangwe, MP for Navakholo.

The leaders later joined boda boda riders during the empowerment programme, an initiative aimed at strengthening livelihoods, promoting economic growth, and expanding opportunities for riders across Sirisia Constituency.

The Sirisia MP thanked the leaders for honouring the invitation, saying their presence reflected unity and a shared commitment to delivering development and improving the lives of the people.
